Scout CI/CD Alerts by Walshbots, Inc.

Walshbots, Inc. is the registered brand and operator of the Scout CI/CD Alerts messaging program. It sends service messages to the pipeline operator’s own mobile number when that operator’s configured CI/CD pipeline reports a failure. The program is for operational alerts only; it does not send marketing messages.

Messages are recurring and automated. Message frequency varies based on pipeline failures and related alert events; no fixed number of messages is promised.

Consent and eligibility

The program is intended for the individual who operates the pipeline and controls the mobile number configured to receive its alerts. By supplying and authorizing that number for Scout CI/CD alerts, the operator agrees to receive these automated messages. Consent applies only to this alert program and may be withdrawn at any time using the instructions below.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. The recipient is responsible for any charges from their wireless carrier.

Help and opting out

Reply HELP for help. For assistance with this messaging program, reply HELP to a message from the program.

Reply STOP to opt out. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation and no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also disable the alert destination in the pipeline’s configuration.

Delivery and availability

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on carrier and network availability. The alerts are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed to be immediate or uninterrupted; check the pipeline or CI/CD provider directly when timely confirmation is important.

Privacy

Use of this program is also subject to the Campaign Privacy Policy, which explains how the mobile number and messaging data are used.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the program changes. The current version will be published on this page. Continued receipt of alerts after an update means the operator continues to use the program with the updated terms.
